Cancel SOFBAC PASS
Export all required vault items before the service ends. Recovery may no longer be possible after the account is deleted.

1. Export your data
Export required logins, secure notes, and other items. Keep export files only temporarily and protect them from unauthorized access.

2. Send cancellation
Send the cancellation from the email address associated with the account to support@sofbac.com.

3. Include details
Provide company or user name, account email, plan, and requested termination date.

4. Wait for confirmation
SOFBAC will confirm receipt and provide the date on which access ends.

5. Termination and deletion
Access remains active until the confirmed end date. Production data is then removed under the deletion procedure; technical backups expire according to retention.
