Does SOFBAC know my master password?
No. The master password is not stored in a readable form.
What happens if I forget the master password?
For individual accounts, recovery may be impossible. Store it safely outside the vault or remember it.
Can I import passwords from a browser?
Yes. After importing, securely delete the export file.
Can every employee see all company passwords?
No. Credentials can be divided into collections and assigned only to selected people.
Does PASS change passwords automatically?
No. PASS can generate and store a new password, but the user changes it in the relevant service.
Can I use PASS on a phone?
Yes. Mobile apps and browser access are supported.
Should I use 2FA?
Yes. We strongly recommend 2FA for the main account and important services.
Is customer data used for advertising or AI training?
No. Customer data is not used for advertising or AI model training.
