Practical use cases
SOFBAC PASS stores logins, passwords, secure notes, and access information. Individuals can organize their accounts, while teams share selected records without sending passwords by email.
One person
A business owner stores logins for email, banking, hosting, an online shop, and customer portals. Every account has a different password.
Small business — 3 people
The owner, accounting, and office worker have individual accounts. Shared credentials go into collections; accounting sees only the finance collection.
Team — 10 people
Collections are created for Administration, Sales, Accounting, Marketing, and IT. Departing employees are disabled and important passwords are rotated.
Accounting office
Each client can have a separate collection. Only assigned staff receive access. Recovery codes and instructions are stored as secure notes.
